What do we do as an Association?

We rescue stray cats and dogs in the province, find foster homes, and manage adoptions from Granada, then they are sent to Catalonia, where the furry friends are checked by a veterinarian to ensure that everything is correct and they receive all the medical care they need. Once this stage is complete, they are sent to Germany and Switzerland with their new families. Our goal is to find suitable families for each animal which we rescue using different protocols to ensure their well-being.

Through our collaborating veterinarians, we implant identification microchips in he RAYA system in Andalusiacarry out disease tests, administer trivalent vaccines, and perform sterilisation and deworming for both dogs and cats. In addition, all adopted animals are delivered with an adoption contract and, in the event that they cannot be delivered sterilised due to their age, a commitment to have them neutered at the age recommended by the veterinarian is signed in the contract.

We also support families and make recommendations for each animal's adaptation to its new family unit. To ensure that the animals we have given up for adoption are in the best possible conditions, we carry out continuous monitoring to verify this.

All families who adopt our rescued cats must install protective barriers on windows, terraces, and balconies to avoid the consequences of not having them.
